If the civilized world has any chance of defeating the Islamic State (IS) and other Sunni-based terrorist groups, three big bets must pay-off. And winning each bet is not sufficient. The pay-offs must be sustained for an extended period if this scourge is to be defeated. Si iata, ca dupa 6 ani apar noi riscuri, deficiente si ostacole in calea spre stabilitate si crestere. Inca din iulie 2013, la summitul de la Berlin avem o pozitie comuna a statelor europene cu privire la somajul in randul tinerilor, ca fiind un obiectiv prioritar. Bulgaria a fost supusa la inca un test duminica, 05 octombrie. La un test al alegerii unui parcurs spre stabilitate, in detrimentul unei stari de fapt care a dominat tara vecina de prea multa vreme. Inca nu se poate vedea, la modul concret, cum va reusi Bulgaria si clasa politica sa reseteze politica sud-dunareana. Partidul de centru-dreapta, GERB, al fostului premier Boiko Borisov a obtinut cel mai bun scor, aproximativ 33,2% din voturi (85 de locuri in Parlament), dar insuficient pentru a asigura o majoritate in legislativ.
